CLINICAL REFLEXOLOGY
A non-invasive holistic therapy on the feet. The feet act as maps to every area of the body. By working individual ‘reflex’ points on the feet, reflexology aims to support your body to work more efficiently and effectively, maintaining your health and well-being and soothing your nervous system. It also aids your spiritual and energetic body, connecting you with your higher self.

REPRODUCTIVE, MENSTRUAL AND MENOPAUSE REFLEXOLOGY
As a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists, I am trained as a specialist reflexologist in the field of reflexology for reproductive health, for both men and women, reflexology for menstrual health and reflexology for menopause.

REIKI
A gentle Japanese energy treatment. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words Rei, which means 'higher spiritual power', and Ki, which means 'life force energy'. In reiki, the practitioner acts as a conduit for ‘life force energy’, so that your body can heal itself. The treatment is totally non-invasive and is done fully clothed.

REFLEXOLOGY LYMPH DRAINAGE (RLD)
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a specialist form of reflexology, as developed by Sally Kay, based on Manual Lymph Drainage, but translated into a reflexology treatment on the feet.
RLD was initially developed for women with secondary lymph oedema, and Sally has published three research papers in partnership with Cardiff Metropolitan University on the efficacy of the treatment for this condition.

ESSENTIAL OIL THERAPY
As a qualified Essential Oils Clinical Practitioner, I am qualified to create essential oil products for your health and well-being. In a consultation, I discuss your health and wellness needs, and design a bespoke treatment plan and products for you to use.
Initial consultation £20. The products you get are all individually priced and are added to the cost. Subsequent consultations are free of charge and you only pay for your products.
AROMAREFLEX
Aromareflex combines the beautiful aromas and health benefits of aromatherapy with the holistic treatment of reflexology. Joining these two therapies together is the ultimate in well-being indulgence!
I create a bespoke essential oil cream for you, based on your individual needs. You then get to take home your own mini pot of YOUR cream!

Hello, Welcome! I am Amy, a Level 5 clinical reflexologist, based in Dunston in Lincolnshire. I have specialist training in reflexology for menstrual and reproductive health, menopause and lymph drainage. I’m also an essential oils clinical practitioner and a reiki practitioner. I am a member of The Association of Reflexologists and The Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.
